Alexandra Sheehan

Alexandra (Allie) Sheehan is a seasoned Learning & Development professional with extensive experience in designing and delivering impactful training, onboarding, and leadership development programs. Most recently, Allie served as the Global Legal Learning & Initiatives Senior Manager at Boston Consulting Group, where she restructured the onboarding program, created tailored learning initiatives for people managers, and collaborated with subject matter experts to deliver timely and interactive learning opportunities specific to the Legal team. Before this, Allie held multiple roles at Charles River Associates, where she spearheaded global learning initiatives, facilitated live training programs, and introduced a global professional development newsletter.

Allie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island. She also teaches a business course at URI helping students understand how to apply classroom skills to their internships and equipping them with strategies to stand out in their careers.

A lifelong South Shore resident, Allie can usually be found near the ocean and enjoys spending her free time sewing, baking bread, taking her dog on adventures with her partner, and exploring local New England towns with her girlfriends.
