Keystone was established in the early 2000s by Greg Richards and his former Harvard Business School professor Marco Iansiti to navigate the challenges and opportunities presented by the internet and digital technology. With roots in Boston and San Francisco, our presence has grown around the world, expanding to New York City in 2010, Seattle in 2015, and London in 2022. Keystone is ready to help clients no matter where they are.
Built on the belief that economists have the ability to transform enterprises with the right tools at their fingertips, Richards and Iansiti designed a future for consulting that went beyond theoretical frameworks and PowerPoint presentations.

Keystone's Global Economic and Technology Advisory (ETA) group emerged to support enterprises dealing with an evolving regulatory landscape. Technology firms were enduring high-stakes litigation, and our tech-native approach and Triad of Skills equipped Keystone well to navigate these issues.
In 2023, as AI hit the mainstream and became table stakes for every company, we launched CoreAI unifying our AI and ML capabilities into a single service to help clients solve their biggest operational and commercial challenges with custom-built enterprise AI solutions.
Our Global Economic and Technology Advisory (ETA) group focuses on solving critical legal and regulatory issues for tech and tech-adjacent companies across six practice areas.
