Andy Gandhi joined Keystone as a Senior Partner to lead our Technical Investigations practice. Based in Dubai, he also collaborates across Keystone’s Competition and IP practices and Enterprise AI platform supporting clients across the Middle East and Asia.

With over 25 years of experience, Andy specializes in operational improvement, security, privacy compliance, global investigations, and litigation advisory. His expertise extends into Generative AI IP disputes, regulatory investigations of major crypto exchanges, and digital transformation.

Andy is the Founder of Dia Advisory Services, a Dubai and New York-based consultancy. Previously, he spent 14 years in leadership roles, serving as Managing Director and Global Leader of Kroll’s Data Insights and Forensics practice and as Managing Director at Alvarez & Marshall.

A recognized expert in leveraging advanced data solutions for risk and financial challenges, Andy has led major projects in regulatory sanctions investigations, fraud and AML prevention, eDiscovery, digital forensics, cyber risk, data governance, and compliance.

A frequent contributor to industry publications, Andy is a sought-after speaker at global conferences, sharing insights on emerging data risks, privacy regulations, and blockchain technologies.
