Bram joined Keystone in 2021 and works as a Partner in the New York office. Over the last 10 years, Bram has advised law firms, multinational companies and banks on matters including tax and regulatory compliance, transfer pricing controversy, antitrust, and securities law. Bram's areas of specialty include negotiation of multilateral Advanced Pricing Agreements with the IRS and other tax authorities, transfer pricing relating to financial transactions, risk, banking and global dealing, and economic analysis to support Regulation W compliance.
Before joining Keystone, Bram was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young in the financial services transfer pricing practice and holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Toronto. At Keystone, Bram enjoys the opportunity to partner with leading law firms and academic and business experts to address challenges at the nexus of law, economics, technology, and finance.
Outside of math and economics, Bram enjoys books, indie video games, and tabletop gaming.
