L&D Senior Program Manager - Onboarding
Erin joined Keystone in 2024 as a Senior Program Manager for Learning & Development focusing on Onboarding. She is based in the Boston office.
Prior to Keystone, Erin spent 15 years in advertising, renewable energy, and technology. Most recently, she spent over a decade at Tesla, as a Learning & Development Manager focusing on leadership development, performance management and sales enablement.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys hiking, listening to podcasts and spending time with her husband, dog, and cat.
