Hayden graduated from Stanford University with an undergraduate degree in Mathematics, concentrating in Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence. She also double majored in Comparative Literature, focusing on German political philosophy. Prior to joining Keystone, Hayden worked at Google, the Stanford School of Medicine, and the Stanford Center for Spatial & Textual Analysis. Passionate about intersectional and impactful projects, Hayden was awarded the Stanford Human Rights Fellowship in 2024 to work with International Bridges to Justice (IBJ), a global organization focused on ending torture. At IBJ, she helped develop a chatbot to assist incarcerated individuals in India. With her expertise and interests, Hayden joined Keystone to explore the intersection of technology, law, and business.
