Lorenz is a Senior Economist in the London office, with a background primarily in behavioural economics and empirical analysis. His PhD at the University of Exeter focused on the importance of reputation effects in economic models of repeated interaction. During a one-year postdoctoral fellowship, he studied the impact of the 2008-2009 stamp duty land tax holiday in Wales. The aim of this project was to estimate the impact of tax incentives on the behaviour of first-time buyers. After spending three years in economic consulting, he joined Keystone as part of the Keystone's Advanced Technology Services (K.ATS) team.
A triathlete and marathoner, outside of work you'll find Lorenz in the gym or on a long-distance run.
